E - Express your feelings - Sharing your feelings is an important link to improving mental health

T - Tell someone - Make sure those around you are aware so they can help

Z - Zero in on the warmth of being loved - The important people in your life are just a phone call away

T - Talk - If someone around you doesn’t seem themselves, start a conversation

A - Ask - A simple question like ‘Are you ok?’ can get a conversation started

L - Listen - Showing someone you care can improve their state of mind

K - Keep talking - The more we talk about mental health, the less stigma it will carry

Our Purpose

To provide support in mental health through Diversity, Equity, Inclusivity and Belonging.  When focused on navigating life's challenges, it is to provide support around mental health through encouraging open and meaningful conversations. We advocate asking others, "Let’z Talk" as a way to identify and assist those dealing with various life challenges. This approach promotes a culture of empathy and understanding, emphasising the importance of active listening, ongoing support, and caring engagement to manage better and overcome life's mental and emotional hurdles.
