    As a passionate employer branding and recruitment marketing expert, I live and breathe creative strategies that drive results. I understand the pressures employers face today - building workplaces that result in peak performance and wellbeing. His superpower? Crafting innovative approaches to connect with people and build irresistible employer brands.

    With a career spanning across industries from event management to television to global leadership. Now back in India and leading Let’z Talk. Known for his creative edge, Bryan thrives on finding fresh ways to connect people and organisations.

  • Co-Founder and Communications Lead

    Vivek is a strategic business leader with over 23 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, Brand Marketing, Stakeholder Engagement, Policy Advocacy, and Corporate Communications. He has advised leading companies such as Google, HP, Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Infosys, Adobe, and Johnson & Johnson, among others. His expertise also extends to working with multilateral organizations, NGOs, social enterprises, and government projects, where he has led impactful behavior change campaigns.

    Known for his strong leadership, Vivek has spearheaded major Indian initiatives in reputation management, public health, global branding, sustainability, and crisis management. His innovative strategic thinking and business acumen enable him to make quick, effective decisions in complex, multi-geographic environments.

    Vivek is also the founder of Gnothi Seauton and serves as an adjunct faculty member at MICA's School of Ideas, specializing in strategic communications and impact storytelling.

    A global citizen and art aficionado. Sriram is a seasoned HR expert with over 17 years of experience in industries ranging from talent management to media. He has contributed to the development of a work culture that inspires and drives results, as well as the formation of high-performing teams and inclusive workplaces.

    When he's not working, Sriram enjoys learning about different cultures, discovering street art, and uncovering historical mysteries. He develops unique HR solutions that have a long-term impact, driven by a passion for people and creativity.

    Sriram is also the director of Gnothi Seauton, Australia specialising in impact storytelling and employer branding.

    A values-driven HR leader and wellness advocate, Sudipta brings over two decades of experience across the information technology, digital services, and public relations sectors. She is deeply committed to building workplaces where empathy, mental health, and authentic conversations thrive.

    Sudipta has shaped inclusive cultures, led leadership transitions, and designed people strategies that align business growth with employee well-being.

    Beyond her consulting work and speaking engagements, Sudipta volunteers with children, senior citizens, and nature-based initiatives, driving impactful workplace conversations on culture, leadership, and mental health.
